About Ms. Kimberly Thorpe

A certified physician assistant, Kimberly Thorpe came to Beaufort Memorial Lowcountry Medical Group from the Beaufort Memorial Emergency Department, where she was a senior physician assistant. Her professional interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease and inflammatory bowel disease.
She has served as a preceptor of physician assistant students at both the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and South University in Savannah.
Mrs. Thorpe and her husband, Mike, have two children. The family spends as much time as possible on the water, and Mrs. Thorpe describes herself as a sports fanatic who thrives on watching her sons’ various athletic endeavors.
