For Provider Credentialing & Verification

Due to the high volume of requests for provider information, the Medical Staff Services Department provides qualified medical facilities the ability to perform an online query to print a verification letter. Accessing the information provided by this service is confidential and organizations must first obtain a proper release from the provider.
