Community Health Needs Assessment

As a nonprofit community hospital, we regularly conduct Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA). Results from those surveys and details of Beaufort Memorial’s work to address our community’s health needs and improve the health of our residents can be viewed below. The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment survey period has closed. We appreciate all members of the local community who submitted feedback. Results for the 2025 survey will be published later in the year.
