Community Sponsorships


staff at health fair Beaufort Memorial is committed to partnering with other area nonprofits to improve the health of area residents and enhance the quality of life in the Lowcountry.

Eligibility

Beaufort Memorial supports organizations and programs that align with our mission, vision and values, and meet the following criteria:

  • Designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Requests will not be considered from individuals participating in a fundraising effort or event, for-profit organizations, political causes or candidates, or religious or fraternal organizations.)
  • Serve communities in Beaufort County or the surrounding area and will use proceeds to benefit those communities

staff participating in a community event Priority for funding is given to organizations that:

  • Help address issues outlined in our Community Health Needs Assessment
  • Have a measurable impact on the health and wellbeing of residents, either directly or by addressing social determinants of health
  • Align or partner with us in healthcare workforce development efforts
  • Collaborate or coordinate with Beaufort Memorial services

At this time we are unable to consider sponsorships for individual sports/band/cheer teams or participation in tournaments or competitions.

Timing

Requests are reviewed once per quarter according to the schedule below and applicants will receive email notification when a decision is made. Please submit requests at least 90 days before the event and no more than one year in advance.

Please note that Beaufort Memorial receives numerous requests for sponsorships and as a community-based nonprofit, we must practice prudent stewardship of financial resources.
