You Shine Through Award Nomination

Award recipients receive a surprise visit and gifts from leadership and the employee engagement team. We recognize staff who:

- Perform at a level beyond what is expected
- Exhibit a patient-first mentality
- Are motivated and strive for excellence
- Contribute to the positive culture in the department and organization
- Have made a difference in the life of a patient, visitor or peer
Please be as descriptive as possible/share specific examples without including any personal health information.
Nursing staff can also be nominated for the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses.
