The Beaufort Memorial Joint Replacement Center
If you experience life-limiting knee or hip pain, your orthopedic surgeon may recommend joint replacement surgery. The Beaufort Memorial Joint Replacement Center is specifically designed to deliver both a positive experience and an excellent outcome.
Our team of experts offer comprehensive care throughout your procedure. Our program includes:
- A joint care coordinator who guides you through treatment and is always available to answer questions
- Preoperative education and support, including interventions prior to surgery that will help ensure you have the best possible outcome
- Therapy that begins shortly after your procedure and has been shown to lower postsurgical complications
- Outpatient rehab with physical and occupational therapists, who help you continue to recover successfully
