About Rev. Marion Arbuckle
"It is my responsibility to meet a patient’s spiritual needs (at their request), responding to their belief system and facilitating the patient’s faith experience while in the care of Beaufort Memorial. Providing intentional spiritual care for patients can have significant positive influence on patient healing. I am guided by the patient’s belief system and do not try to convert the patient to my particular faith expression."
Rev. Marion Arbuckle provides spiritual care to patients and families who are in need of support. He also is available for clinical staff to provide encouragement and support when dealing with extremely challenging situations.
Rev. Arbuckle pastored at four churches in the Middle Tennessee area for 26 years before moving to Beaufort in 2008 with his wife, Glenda. The two volunteered with the chaplains at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island for three years before Rev. Arbuckle joined the staff of Tidal Creek Fellowship as Associate Pastor for Families. He joined Beaufort Memorial as a staff Chaplain in 2018 after six months as a volunteer chaplain.
Rev. Arbuckle and his wife of 45 years have three children and four grandchildren.
