About Ms. Roxanne Davis
"I try to smile and greet everyone I meet. I see every interaction as an opportunity to share light."
Roxanne Davis, MPH, RD, LD, CNSC, began her career at Beaufort Memorial as a clinical dietitian doing inpatient nutrition care for patients admitted to the hospital. Since beginning her practice as an inpatient clinical dietitian, she has grown interest in diabetes, nutrition support, weight management and end of life issues. She strives to care for the whole person while also meeting the nutrition needs of the situation at hand.
In her early years, she aspired to be a veterinarian, having enjoyed volunteering at her local humane association in Auburn, Maine, for many years, however after being exposed to only one nutrition course in college, she decided to switch gears to study dietetics and has been exploring many different aspects of the field since.
She has a son who keeps her entertained with his art, trumpet, sports activities and endless amount of energy. In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, making soap and planning the next great adventure with her fiancé, Justin.
