About Ms. Kim Wade
“When given a cancer diagnosis, most of us are unprepared for the journey that lies ahead. I am available to help guide you and your family through the treatment process by coordinating care, providing education and addressing your concerns.”
Kim Wade, RN, BSN, OCN, began her nursing career working as a student nurse on an inpatient oncology floor. Later, she worked with oncology patients in various settings including operating room, emergency room and radiation center.
Ms. Wade's current role is in oncology research and nurse navigation. She strives to use her wide-ranging experience as she walks alongside individuals with cancer providing them with support, encouragement and information about their diagnosis and treatment options.
Ms. Wade earned an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Roane State Community College in Knoxville, Tenn. followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from King University in Knoxville, Tenn.
