About Tammy Page

As a Beaufort Memorial Express Care providers, Tammy Page, FNP-C, treats serious illnesses and injuries that are not considered life- or limb-threatening for adults and children of all ages.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner, she examines and treats patients for a variety of minor ailments, orders on-site imaging and lab testing, and prescribes medications and treatments. If necessary, Mrs. Page will refer the patient to a medical specialist for continuing or more extensive care.
If a patient has a new patient appointment scheduled with a Beaufort Memorial primary care provider and needs medication refills prior to their appointment, Mrs. Page will be happy to perform medication checks and provide a stop-gap prescription.
She can also perform physicals for employment or for sports, school and camp requirements.
