Well at Work - Occupational Health

In addition to providing express care services to the community, the occupational health Well at Work program offers employee health services including: 

• Pre-employment physicals
• Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
• Injury care
• Return-to-work assessments
• Substance abuse screenings
• Vision and hearing exams

Access to Your Medical Records

If you are already a Beaufort Memorial Physicians Partners patient, our Express Care providers have access to your Beaufort Memorial medical records so they can view important information about your medical history and medications, and you don’t have to complete additional paperwork.
