WHEN TO VISIT THE ERCare at Your Convenience
Depending on your need, you may be able to get medical assistance online without ever visiting a doctor’s office. In these situations, use the BMH Care Anywhere telehealth app on your mobile device like an online doctor visit or stop in and use the Walk-In Care telehealth kiosk at select Lowcountry Publix Pharmacies for a video visit with a doctor.
For more urgent conditions that require physical exams or in-person treatment, you can schedule an appointment online at one of our Express Care clinics or the hospital's Emergency Center. By reserving a time online, you can wait for your doctor’s visit from the comfort of your own home instead of in the waiting room.
