How Walk-in Care at Publix works:

1. Tell the pharmacy associate you’d like to use Walk-In Care. They’ll show you how to use the kiosk and answer any questions. 
2. A series of on-screen prompts will connect you to the doctor, and you’ll talk to them by video. 
3. The provider may ask you to use one of tools you'll find connected to the monitor, including thermometer, pulse and blood pressure monitor, etc. 

4. If needed, you can pick up your prescription or over-the-counter medication right at the pharmacy when you’re done.
