Low Cost and Free Screenings
Beaufort Memorial regularly visits neighborhood locations throughout Beaufort and Jasper Counties with the 40-foot Community Health Improvement Program Mobile Wellness Unit.
Access to Care for the Uninsured
Located at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, AccessHealth Lowcountry helps uninsured 19 to 64-year-old adult residents of Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton Counties receive medical care from providers who offer free or reduced-cost services.
Empowerment for Healthy Living
Baby University classes are offered for expecting parents to promote the health of their children and prepare them for life with a baby.
Smoking Cessation resources make quitting tobacco use manageable.
Support for Survivors
Beaufort Memorial offers a monthly support group for cancer survivors as well as other supportive services for those facing a cancer diagnosis.
Disposal of Unused Medications
As part of a partnership with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office to help keep unused opioids and prescription drugs off of the street, secure medication drop boxes have been installed.
