Stop by the mobile wellness unit for free and low-cost health screenings.The Mobile Wellness Unit brings free and low-cost health screenings to various locations in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
Services offered:- Blood Pressure Checks - FREE
- Blood Sugar Checks - FREE
- PSA Screenings - $10
- Cholesterol Screenings - $10
The following exams are also available free of charge when a Nurse Practitioner is present (see individual dates):
