As you get set for baby’s big debut, you want to do everything you can to make informed decisions about childbirth and ease labor. This class will help.

As soon-to-be parents, you want to do everything you can to ease the labor process and make informed decisions. This class will cover childbirth methods, stages of labor, developing a birthing plan and what to expect in the hospital labor room. You will also learn about pain management techniques, how your birth partner can encourage you during labor and what you should pack to bring with you for a comfortable stay at the hospital.
