Online Application Tips

The application process should take about 15-20 minutes. For your application to be considered, you will need to complete all sections, including your work history, educational background and references. If you are not prepared with this information, please return to the application at another time.

Use a reliable email address.

We communicate with candidates using the email address provided in their applications. If you do not have an email address, you can create a free account with Gmail or another email provider. Please make sure your email address follows the standard format: username@host.com.

Upload your resume.

During the application process, you will be asked to upload a digital version of your resume. Acceptable document file types are the following: doc, docx, html, pdf, rtf, txt and wpd. The maximum allowable file size is 10 MB.

Complete the application and consent to a background check.

After your resume is uploaded, the application process will continue. Please fill out all required sections. As a final step, you will be asked to sign a consent form for a background check and pre-employment screenings.

You will know the application process is complete when a “thank you” message appears on-screen. Candidates will also receive a confirmation email. If any part of your application is incomplete, an emailed notice will alert you and send a link to complete the application.

Sometimes these emails are flagged as spam. Our emails come from “noreply@mystaffingpro.com.” It’s important to check your spam folder throughout the application process, especially if you’re expecting an email and it hasn’t arrived.

Check your application status.

Once your application is complete, you can track its status by logging on to the returning candidates portal.

When will I hear from someone regarding my application?

Beaufort Memorial receives a high volume of applications which are reviewed daily. If you meet the minimum qualifications for a position, your application is forwarded to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager is interested in scheduling an interview, they will contact you directly.

While we can’t give an exact response time, we encourage candidates to check the status of their application throughout the process.
