LiveWell Terrace by BMH
Health Care and Housing
Beaufort Memorial's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the Lowcountry through improved health, innovative partnerships and superior care. Qualified medical professionals and staff help this organization achieve that on a daily basis.
As Beaufort Memorial expands, hiring and retaining employees play a critical role in that mission's success.
A lack of affordable housing for the local workforce has reached a 'crisis' level. Without housing options that meet the needs of the working population, all industries suffer, including health care.
“The health care industry is full of many types of jobs, from clinical positions to nutrition and hospitality services and everything in between and all have expressed frustration at the cost of living here.” - Russell Baxley, president and CEO
That is why Beaufort Memorial has teamed up with Beaufort County, the Town of Bluffton and Woda Cooper Companies to build LiveWell Terrace by BMH, a new affordable housing option.
Location
LiveWell Terrace by BMH will be located at 333 and 335 Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton.
